I was inspired to this after watching the 2nd season of Northern Exposure on DVD. There is a funny dream sequence where Dr Joel Fleishman is dreaming he's in the simply irresistible music video. One thing lead to another, my neurons started firing (read: misfiring)and this was the result...

Don't you just love how the women look like they just don't want to be there. I guess they are thinking "shit this makeup is heavy, my face is getting tired."

For comparison.

Hey mate,

I really liked Northern Exposure. I'm going to go get the series on DVD very shortly. I even remember the sequence you're talking about.

Now, as for your misfirings, I concur: you do have way too much time on your hands although you did a pretty good job, I thought.

Clever clogs...

Cheers,

Maso

Thanks Maso. Northern Exposure is definately worth buying, I've never bothered with buying a series on DVD before, just movies but NEx is great. Pity they killed it in the last season by having Fleishman leave though, what the hell were they thinking?

Well I'm back at uni now so hopefully my time will be used more constructively.

My wife has just finished watching all of the West Wing series' except for the most recent, which isn't out on DVD yet. I watched a few episodes with her. It is well written and acted but essentially not something in which I have any real interest.

Shows I want own on DVD: Lost, The Family Guy, Dr Who (the latest series), Myth Busters,

lol...doesn't look bad at all. I always thought the women would have looked prettier if they had cracked a smile once in a while.

Yeah I want to get Dr Who and Myth Busters as well. I like family guy but I never saw enough to know whether it'd be worth getting the DVDs

You're not wrong there. You have to admitted though it is an unforgetable music video.

Yeah Angel is a cool show and vampire are the coolest. I used to pretend to be one when I a wee kid (yes I was strange as a kid too).

Mate, let me tell you, The Family Guy has some of the funniest, most un-PC dialogue I've ever heard. It really is a bloody funny show. Trust me, knowing your sense of humour (somewhat) I am certain you will like it.
